Meet the Newbies: Brad and Steve – The Dynamic Father-Son Duo at BW Construction!

We’ve got some exciting news to share! Our gang is growing, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome two powerhouse builders to the crew: Brad (aka Posh Brad) and his dad, Steve (or as we like to call him, Stan). These two aren’t just joining the team—they’re taking the lead on some major projects, and we can already tell they’re going to bring a fresh energy and solid expertise to the table.

A Little Bit About the Newbies:

Brad is the younger half of the duo, but don't let the “posh” nickname fool you—he’s got a hands-on approach to construction that’s second to none. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Brad has worked on everything from high-end residential builds to large-scale commercial projects. But it's not just about the technical know-how—his passion for great design and quality craftsmanship really sets him apart. Brad’s joined the team full-time to oversee all the building work on Bald Builder - Brad's house build (yes, there’s a bit of a name game going on here—don’t worry, we’ll sort it out!).

Steve, or "Stan" as we affectionately call him, due to a client that called him it for 6 months whilst he worked on their property, is a seasoned pro of the pair. As a father who’s spent decades in the construction world, Stan’s got a treasure trove of tips, tricks, and experience that he’s more than willing to share. He’s a hands-on kind of guy, and his expertise spans wide. Together, Brad and Steve are bringing decades of combined know-how and a whole new level of enthusiasm to the projects at hand.

What They’re Taking On:

Brad and Stan have jumped straight into the deep end, and we couldn’t be happier with their involvement. They’re not just overseeing things from behind a desk—they’re rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.

1. Bald Builder Brad’s House Build – This is where the magic begins! Brad and Stan are in charge of all the building work on Bald Builder Brad's dream house, including the much-anticipated garden buildings: the gym and the garage. These will be more than just structures—they’ll be the ultimate spaces to work hard and play hard. Expect nothing less than top-notch workmanship, with Brad and Steve at the helm, ensuring every brick is in place.
   
   

   2. Char’s Property Extension & Refurb – Next up, they’ll be working alongside the crew to transform Char’s property. From extension to full refurb, this project is going to take things up a notch. The Hanson family has just joined the ranks of TikTok entrepreneurs, and things are moving faster than you can say “bin booster!”

Thats right! They have launched their very own online TikTok shop. With Brad's eldest boy member of the crew, Teddy, making his very first sale.

Teddy's first sale? A bin booster! A gadget designed to help you squeeze more rubbish into your already overflowing bin. Who knew a simple little product could spark such excitement? Well, apparently, it’s exactly what the world and The Hanson's family's TikTok followers needed.

Teddy's newfound business success has dubbed him a nickname that's catching on. Forget “Ted” for a second—he’s now being called the Alan Sugar of TikTok.

What’s Next for The Hanson Family’s TikTok Shop?

So, what can we expect from the Hanson family’s TikTok shop moving forward? Well, if this first sale is any indication, we’re in for a wild ride. From quirky gadgets, hilarious products & genuine money saving items, there’s no telling what they’ll come up with next.

One thing’s for sure: The Hanson's are here to stay in the TikTok shop game. They’ve got the creativity, the energy, and—apparently—the “Alan Sugar” business acumen to make it happen.

The Pair hired a function room, which buzzed with energy as they celebrated the upcoming arrival of Baby Hughes!

Love and laughter echoed off the walls with both friends and family mingling, sharing stories and well wishes.

Plenty of lighthearted games played, designed to bring on the giggles, including the guessing game of "Beer or pregnancy belly" a choice of photo's to deferential the two, to win a prize!

The bar and hired prosecco wall was kept busy, flowing with drinks as celebratory toasts were raised to the happy parents-to-be. The amazing atmosphere was a testament to the love and support surrounding Sam and Keeley as they embark on this exciting new chapter. It was clear that this was more than just a party; it was a cherished memory in the making, outpouring with affection for baby Hughes and the new Mum and Dad to be.

Baby Hughes is due on the 3rd of march, and we are all excited for their arrival.

A New Chapter for Char!

Char’s journey to becoming a homeowner is nothing short of inspiring. She’s worked hard to get here, and we have made it our responsibility as a Bald family, to turn her new house into the home of her dreams and a very exciting opportunity it is.

What to Expect -

Here’s what we’ve got planned:

• Room-by-room transformations, including rear extension. Renovations from the kitchen to the bedrooms, every space will get a unique touch.

• DIY hacks and pro tips. As always, we’ll share practical advice you can use for your own home projects.

• Behind-the-scenes fun. We always promise plenty of laughs, challenges, and a bit of our Bald Builders banter.

Why This Project Matters

For us, this isn’t just about construction. It’s about family, and helping our Chardonay start a new chapter in her life. Char’s excitement and vision for her home have already inspired us, and we can’t wait to bring that vision to life.

When Injury Lawyers 4 U approached us for this project, we knew we had to bring our Bald Builders A-game. Their mission of supporting people during tough times resonated with us, and we were eager to bring their message to life in true Bald Builders style. The result? A fun, engaging, and memorable advert that’s sure to catch your attention.

What Went Into the Ad

• Our unique touch. The boys wanted the ad to reflect both the professional ethos of Injury Lawyers 4 U whilst still being the fun duo they are.

• Plenty of laughs. Let’s just say there were a few outtakes that might make it to the blooper reel. 

• A powerful message. While they kept it lighthearted, the ad stays true to the core mission of Injury Lawyers 4 U: helping people get the support they need.
