CHEATS POTATO SALAD
Last week on The Kitchen page the boys made a nice and easy Tinned Potato Salad. The video made quite an impression on our audience so we thought we would post this simple guide.
Rather than have to cook your potatoes,this tinned potato appetizer is perfect for a quick meal for people on the go.

INGREDIENTS:
Tinned potatoes
Cream cheese
Chives
Crispy bacon
Red onion
Garlic
Fresh chilli
DIRECTIONS:
1.Open a tin of potatoes and drain juices, put on the chopping board.
2.With the back of your fork press down gently on to each potatoe, making sure everyone is crushed
3.Finely dice your garlic,chives,chilli and red onion
4.Cook the bacon in the frying pan until crispy
5.Once the bacon is cooled, finely chop it
6.In mixing bowl add all of the ingredients pre prepared above. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle of pepper. Combine all of the ingredients until the potatoes are fully covered.
7.Serve and enjoy
